MIND MASTERS is a 24 week program comprised of 4 smaller 6 week courses specifically for children and young adults.
These youth centered courses are currently taught privately one on one, or in a group setting (perfect for siblings). *not currently available in online formats.
MIND MASTERS CLASSES ARE COMPRISED OF

- guided activities
- reflection and journaling questions
In conjunction these methods allow students to start practicing mindfulness in the real world at their own pace all while tailoring to students' needs and motivations.

Instead of being frustrated with homework that adults barely understand
help your child be in charge of their own learning and cultivate a peaceful learning environment.
Utilizing mindfulness, Jo helps her students understand how they learn, identify trouble spots and misunderstanding - conquering the emotional obstacles that lead to undue stress and fear of school environments.
Jo is certified to teach any subject in grades 1st through 8th and utilizes mindfulness practices within tutoring sessions - two birds, one stone, zero stress.
