I understand that the past is of no relevance to what I do in the current moment, and to every moment thereafter.

I have the power to observe my relationship with my thoughts, my body, and my situations in every moment.

I will be open and honest about what I am observing in the present moment. I will restrain from judgments or expectations.

As I sign this contract, I understand my future is my responsibility and I recognize I am capable of achieving my goal.
